Aston Villa accurately beats Lille with a penalty and secures a ticket to the conference semi-finals.

Aston Villa made it through to the Europa Conference League semi-finals in thrilling fashion after winning on penalties against Lille in the second quarter-final.

The first match in England, Aston Villa won first 2-1. In this match, Lille has Jonathan David as the hope, while Villa is led by Ollie Watkins UFABET 

The first 10 minutes of the game started, Lille got the first chance. When Yusuf Yazici bounced the ball for Jonathan David to shoot with a half-injection. But the ball went out of bounds and was thrilling.

But Lille took a 1-0 lead until Gabriel Gudmundsson scored in the 15th minute. He flicked the ball from the left into the penalty area. The ball reached Yusuf Yazici, who ran over and pressed it with his left hand without having to touch it. Sending the ball into the corner in an amazing way. 

In the 30th minute, the home team had another opportunity to report from a corner. Haakon Haraldson opened the meeting point for Benjamin Andre to head in close, but Emiliano Martinez Super Narrowly saved it

Villa succeeded in breaking the egg four minutes later when he jumped to grab Lucas Chevalier’s ball and collided with a teammate. The ball fell into the path and the shot was blocked before Matty Cash repeated it again from a distance, so the score was 2-1 and the total goals were equal 3-3 and the game ended with this score causing the need to play in 30 minutes of extra time.

During extra time, neither side scored a goal and it was decided by a penalty shootout, which Aston Villa shot with more accuracy, winning 4-3. Villa qualified for the Conference League semi-finals.
