Alan Shearer believes Benjamin Sesko ‘s move to the Premier League is only a matter of time amid links with Arsenal.
Sesko, 21, was heavily linked with a move to the Gunners during the summer transfer window.
The Slovenia international was one of a number of forwards, including Ivan Toni and Victor Osimhen, expected to move to the Emirates Stadium as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his attacking options.
However, Sesko has opted to sign a new five-year deal with RB Leipzig to remain in the Bundesliga instead.
Speaking ahead of Leipzig’s Champions League clash with Aston Villa, former Newcastle and Blackburn man Shearer backed Sesko to move to the Premier League after the forward was compared to Erling Haaland.
